How to take screenshot in windows PC

There are many ways to take screenshot in windows PC, easiest and quickest ways of taking screenshots in windows PC are:

1 Taking screenshot in windows PC with Windows + PrtSc (Print screen) buttons.

  1. Go to the screen for which you want a screenshot.
  2. Press Windows button + PrtSc or ‘Print screen’ button on your keyboard.
  3. Your screenshot is saved in Pictures > Screenshot folder.

2 Taking screenshot in windows PC with paint

  1. Go to the screen for which you want a screenshot.
  2. Press PrtSc button on your keyboard.
  3. Open Windows default paint app.
  4. In the paint either click on the paste button or press ctrl+ V to paste.
  5. Your screen is pasted in the paint section.
  6. Now save your image by pressing ctrl + S or click on ‘file’ and then click ‘Save as’
  7. Your screenshot is saved where you have you have saved your paint files.

3 Taking screenshot in windows PC with Snipping tool

  1. Click Start on your screen.
  2. Search Snipping tool in the search box.
  3. Now click on the snipping tool and it will open
  4. Now go to the screen for which you want screenshotSnipping tool
  5. Now in the snipping tool under the new menu select any snipping form.
  6. With the help of mouse drag an area on the screen you want to take as screenshot.
  7. The selected area will appear in the snipping tool window.
  8. Click on ‘save’. You have now taken screenshot of your screen.
